What We’re Looking For

Strict Mentor Criteria and Eligibility

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management).
• Preferred: Ph.D. or professional certifications in related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP, CISSP).

1. Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in your area of expertise.
• Proven track record of leading successful projects, campaigns, or initiatives.
• Extensive experience in mentoring, teaching, or training roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in your field, whether it be digital marketing, IT skills, or other non-IT disciplines.

• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.

Terms and Conditions

• Commitment:

• Mentors must commit to a minimum of 18 months of service with Daf Academy.
• Must be available to conduct a minimum of 4 sessions per month.

• Performance Standards:

• Maintain high standards of teaching and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
• Strictly Follow Daf Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
• Regularly participate in mentor training and development programs.
• Consistently receive positive feedback from students and Feedback from colleagues.

• Confidentiality:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all student information and Daf Academy’s proprietary materials.
• Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the onboarding process.

• Professional Conduct:

• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to Daf Academy immediately.
• Comply with all Daf Academy policies and procedures.

• Evaluation and Feedback:

• Participate in regular performance evaluations.
• Accept and act on feedback from students and Daf Academy’s administration to improve teaching practices.
• Complete continuous professional development requirements as mandated by Daf Academy.

Bond and Agreement

• Bond Requirement:

• Mentors must sign a bond agreement committing to a minimum tenure of 18 months with Daf Academy.
• Early termination of the bond by the mentor may result in significant financial penalties or forfeiture of final payments, except under extraordinary circumstances approved by Daf Academy.

• Intellectual Property:

• All materials created by the mentor for Daf Academy (e.g., course content, presentations) become the intellectual property of Daf Academy.
• Mentors must not use these materials for personal gain or distribute them outside Daf Academy without prior written consent.

• Termination Clause:

• Daf Academy reserves the right to terminate the mentorship agreement for non-compliance with terms, underperformance, or professional misconduct.
• In case of termination, mentors are required to return all proprietary materials and settle any outstanding obligations with Daf Academy.
